Hope Damphousse is the vice president of Strategic Operations for Ball Aerospace. In this role, she leads Ball Aerospace’s Washington, D.C. office; guides our public policy, regulatory and government relations activities; and leads the company’s strategic planning and partnerships.

Previously, Damphousse served as the senior director of Strategic Operations, where she managed government relationships and agendas to drive business priorities forward. She was also responsible for managing and growing the Ball Political Action Committee (BallPAC).
